Hatha Yoga
I am a yoga instructor that holds a double certification in yoga for a total of 500 hours: 300 hours from The American Yoga Academy and 200 hours from Align Flow®. And, I am a member of Yoga Alliance since 2012. I enjoy educating students on the overall health benefits of interconnecting yoga and quality nutrition.
In Hatha Yoga classes, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.
Whether you have practiced for years or have never stepped on a yoga mat. You are ready for my classes. I offer modifications for all levels of students.

With an open heart full of compassion I welcome all students who join a class. I provide a space that is a judgment-free zone, no matter what the experience level each student brings to the mat. I approach each class with the knowledge and awareness that everyone has the ability to practice yoga.
My overall approach is based on habit change and positive mindset. With my guidance, you will develop not only a deeper understanding of yoga, but also the lifestyle choices that work best for you.

GROUP SESSIONSDo you ever find yourself thinking: (a) I wish I had more time for my friends/family and (b) I wish I had more time to care for myself?
Group yoga allows you to meet both of those goals. It provides a wonderful opportunity for friends/family to get together consistently and strengthen connections in a healthy positive way. RATE: $65/hour

PRIVATE SESSIONSPrivate yoga sessions are an excellent way to give your body the attention it needs. It is also a very comfortable way to get introduced to yoga.
There is no minimum commitment required, although I recommend at least 6-8 sessions to truly feel the benefits of yoga. RATE: $95/hour
